Role overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Transformation Project Manager to support the delivery of a strategic, firm-wide transformation programme. Working across all business functions and product lines, you will lead the coordination and implementation of a global initiative, ensuring successful adoption, stakeholder engagement, and long-term integration across the business.
This role is ideal for an experienced project manager with experience delivering complex transformation and change initiatives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-rich environment, with direct experience in brand and marketing.
Key activities/responsibilities
- Own and manage the master project plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate multiple implementation workstreams, ensuring delivery against agreed deadlines and objectives.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans where required.
- Lead project governance activities, including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Act as the central coordination point between business functions, external partners and the wider firm.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities.
- Coordinate the rollout of the new identity across digital platforms, marketing assets, client communications, office environments, recruitment materials, and internal systems.
- Maintain an inventory of branded assets and oversee updates to ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external launch activities, ensuring organisational readiness across all workstreams.
- Manage change requests, assess project impacts, and drive effective decision-making throughout the project.
Skills and experience – essential
- Significant experience delivering large-scale transformation project, with a specific focus on brand and marketing.
- Experience leading corporate brand transformation projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project planning and programme management expertise.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, or similar.
- Background within professional services, financial services, legal, consulting or other B2B organisations.
- Knowledge of marketing, communications and brand governance processes.
