About the role:
As a Student Administrator, you’ll play an important part in making sure every student’s journey with CNM runs smoothly. You’ll handle a variety of administrative and service tasks, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and excellent communication throughout.
Your daily work will include:
- Enrolling new students and managing course registrations
- Responding to student enquiries by email and phone with professionalism and care
- Assisting with course access, scheduling, and study changes
- Processing deferrals, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
- Maintaining accurate student records and documentation
- Booking assessments and registering BSc students with the University
- Supporting reception when needed and helping the department stay organised

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent written and spoken English
- Communicates clearly and warmly
- Manages time and workload efficiently
- Is confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Types quickly and accurately
- Brings a positive, professional attitude and genuine interest in health and wellbeing
Experience in administration or customer service will be helpful, but the most important qualities are reliability, teamwork, and a caring approach.
