About the Role
Law Fertilisers is an independent, family-run agricultural business with over 40 years of experience in fertiliser manufacturing. We are now entering an exciting new chapter — the launch of our state-of-the-art soil and plant analysis laboratory, built from the ground up to support growers and agronomists with accurate, timely data.
. This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up — helping shape the design, equipment choices, and operational protocols of a brand-new facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the management team on lab capability and business integration

- Play a key role in shaping how the lab operates — from sample intake to final reporting
About You
- experience in chemistry, soil science, agronomy, or environmental science
- Demonstrated experience operating ICP or related lab equipment
- Hands-on experience in a l laboratory environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident in working independently and taking responsibility for laboratory decisions
- A positive, forward-thinking mindset with a genuine interest in helping growers through quality lab work
