Expert Nail Technician - Full Time | Permanent
Tarvin, Chester & Kingsley, Frodsham
We are looking for an experienced Nail Technician and Beauty Therapist to join our growing team at Novum on a permanent basis.
This is not just about filling appointments. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves the beauty industry, values exceptional client care, and wants to be part of a business focused on quality, trust, and long-term growth.

The Role
Initially, this role will involve working:
2 days per week at Novum Hair & Beauty, Tarvin
3 days per week at Novum Skin & Wellness, Kingsley
Later this year, the role will transition into a full-time position at our Tarvin salon to cover maternity leave within our beauty team, providing the opportunity to work with an established and loyal client base.
As this is a permanent position, the successful candidate will continue within the Novum team once maternity cover concludes, working from Tarvin, Kingsley or across both locations depending on business needs and opportunities.
Essential Skills
We are looking for someone highly skilled and confident in:
- Bio Sculpture Nails
- BIAB Nails
- Manicures and Pedicures
- Nail Art
Desirable Skills
Whilst not essential, experience in the following would be advantageous:
- Brow Lamination
- Lash Lifts
- Female Intimate Waxing
- Face and Body Waxing
- Professional Make-Up Application
- Make-Up Tuition
- Hand Applied Tanning
- Caflon Ear Piercing
- LCN Toenail Reconstruction
Training can be provided in these areas for the right candidate.

- Is NVQ Level 3 nail technician or equivalent
- Delivers exceptional client experiences from start to finish
- Has excellent consultation and communication skills
- Is passionate about continual learning and development
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team
- Leads by example through professionalism and high standards
- Values consistency, care, and attention to detail
- Is emotionally intelligent, approachable and team focused
