About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Head of Management Information Systems to join our team reporting to our Head of Management Information and Examination Services. You’ll join a forward‑thinking and collaborative department committed to delivering high‑quality services that enable excellent outcomes across the organisation.
As Deputy Head of Management Information Services you will:
- Provide effective and efficient leadership of the Group’s Management Information Services
- Ensure all learner data, funding, performance, and achievement information is timely, reliable, and compliant with statutory and funding agency requirements
- Ensure robust data integrity and audit compliance
- Delivering systems that enhance decision-making, support accountability and are easily accessible and useable
- Provide insightful performance reporting supporting curriculum quality and business growth
- Provide partnership and direction to the Digital team to aid development, maintain, and enhance business intelligence tools and dashboards that provide actionable insights for senior leaders and curriculum teams.
- Implement data quality assurance and validation processes to secure funding compliance and audit readiness.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be organised, have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work to high levels of accuracy with attention to detail. They will have experience of managing data in a Further Education setting and a demonstrable knowledge of the FE funding environment. They will be able to work collaboratively across curriculum and support teams, understanding the needs of stakeholders and driving efficiency.
