Duties
- Review and interpret physician prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for individual patients

- Educate patients about their medications, including proper administration techniques and potential interactions

Experience
- Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a clinical setting, preferably with ICU experience or similar high-acuity environments
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and pharmacology principles relevant to medication therapy management
- Hands-on experience with medication administration protocols and patient care procedures
- Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating effectively with healthcare teams
