The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our shop. In this role, you'll be a key member of the team, helping to lead by example, ensure smooth store performance, and deliver excellent customer service. Airside pass requirements: 5 years of continuous referencing, Accreditation Check consent and consent to undertake a Criminal Record Check. A Clean Criminal Record and a valid Passport or UK Drivers Licence are essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad hoc support with store cover when the manager on annual leave or a day off
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver top-tier service
- Open and close the store, including cashing up procedures
- Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked, and merchandise is well-presented
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Assist with training new team members
- Monitor stock levels and support with ordering/replenishment
- Lead by example in providing friendly, efficient service
