Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services effectively.
- Utilise CRM software, to manage and track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
- Qualify leads through engaging conversations, understanding client needs, and presenting suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications within the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding market reach.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2c sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English .
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate effectively over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a team environment.
