Night Support Service
Opportunities have arisen within our Night Support Service
We are looking for Care Workers to support clients in need of this service across the
Hyndburn, Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale areas.
When you join our inspirational carers working on the Night Support contract you will be required to work in pairs so being able to work as part of a team is essential.
The nights operate on a 4 on/4 off rolling pattern between the hours of midnight and 06:00 which could be perfect if you need to work around your children's school hours.
In return for your passion to help people, your flexible approach, excellent communication skills, reliability, positive attitude and desire to help the elderly and vulnerable live their lives with independence and dignity, we will provide you with a full induction and training programme and backup from our highly motivated management team.
You'll always feel supported and with one-to-one mentoring, ongoing training to QCF levels in Health & Social Care and help at the end of a phone.
A company car will be made available for the sole use of this contract. Business miles only. You must possess a full driving licence and evidence of this will be required.
