CREATIVE BOOKING COORDINATOR - NOBODY IS WATCHING
Commission-based · Flexible, a few hours a week · Hybrid (Bristol-based preferred)
Nobody Is Watching is looking for two people to help organise and grow their booking agency roster.
We're an independent Bristol music & culture brand -magazine, events, and agency - working across nightlife, live music, and the wider creative scene. Our booking arm represents a roster of DJs and producers, and we want someone to help keep it moving: sorting enquiries, chasing bookings, pushing artist profiles through online campaigns, and keeping the diary tight.
What you'll be doing
- Organising and responding to booking enquiries for our artist roster
- Keeping track of availability, fees, and confirmations so nothing falls through the cracks
- Ensuring contracts are signed and communication is clear throughout
- Hosting and contributing to a monthly call bringing together local talent, venue owners, and promoters to learn more about the industry
- Actively reaching out to keep the booking pool diverse - new venues, new faces, new sounds
- Bringing your own ideas on where our artists should be playing next and staying creative
Who we're after
- Confident and organised, with a creative eye for the right artist/venue match
- Genuinely into Bristol's (or your local) nightlife, venues, and music scene
- Comfortable talking to promoters and venue owners, or keen to get comfortable fast
- Looking to build real experience in artist booking/agency work - this is a great foot in the door if you're trying to break into the industry
- Someone who understands our ethos for supporting the underground/independent scene
- Has a few spare hours a week and wants to turn them into something productive
The deal
- Commission-based pay on bookings secured
- A few hours a week, flexible around your schedule
- Hybrid - mix of remote work and in-person time (calls, events, meeting the scene face to face)
- Real experience with a growing independent agency, direct exposure to artists, promoters, and venues across the scene
- Free tickets to events, festivals and experiences.
