We are seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bartenders and Kitchen Assistants. These roles are essential to delivering high-quality food and beverage service while maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Bartender
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain knowledge of drink menus, promotions, and specials
Handle cash, card payments, and operate the till accurately
Monitor customer intoxication levels and adhere to licensing laws
Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized
Assist with opening and closing duties
Skills & Requirements
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
Good numeracy and cash-handling skills
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Kitchen Assistants
Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs with basic food preparation (e.g., chopping, peeling, portioning)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
Dispose of waste safely and follow health and safety guidelines
Support kitchen staff during busy service periods
Skills & Requirements
Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage but not essential
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (training can be provided)
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
Willingness to learn and take direction
