About Us
Llexeter is a leading UK motorcycle distributor and e-commerce retailer, operating well-known brands including Lexmoto, Talaria, Lextek, and more. One of our most exciting growth areas right now is ZXMOTO — a range of performance-focused off-road and adventure motorcycles that's rapidly building a loyal following across the UK. We're expanding our ZXMOTO dealer network and customer base, and we need passionate people to help support that growth.
The Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a genuine passion for motorcycles — ideally with experience or strong interest in off-road, enduro, EV bike, or adventure riding. You'll be drawing on real riding or mechanical knowledge every day to help customers choose the right parts, troubleshoot fitment issues, and get the most out of their machines.
This isn't a generic call centre role. Your knowledge and passion are the point.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp — covering everything from parts compatibility to technical troubleshooting
- Providing confident product guidance on motorcycles, e-bikes, exhausts, and parts across our brand range
- Resolving complaints and after-sales issues with professionalism and authenticity
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with internal teams — including technical, warehouse, and sales — on complex queries
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Keeping up to date with our product range as it evolves (we'll support you with this)
What We're Looking For
- A background in motorcycling — whether as a rider, mechanic, dealer, or parts enthusiast
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers of varying experience levels
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not a dealbreaker — your passion and knowledge matter more
What We Offer
- A casual, friendly team where your motorcycle knowledge is genuinely valued
- Flex-time working arrangements
- Career growth opportunities within a multi-brand, expanding business
- Full product training provided alongside your existing knowledge
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Company events
- Company pension
- Flexitime
- Free parking
- On-site gym
- On-site parking
- Sick pay
