Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications promptly using hotel management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly, demonstrating problem-solving skills and hospitality expertise
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area while managing multiple tasks seamlessly throughout your shift
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel reception or customer service roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette and guest interactions
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest services with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and familiarity with reservation systems is advantageous
