You have a background in automotive, an ability to work to targets and deadlines and deliver a class leading customer experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Brands = VAUXHALL AND JEEP
- Welcoming customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Scheduling vehicles into our workshop using our company diary system.
- Liaising with our workshop to progress and ensure customers are updating and vehicles completed at the promised time.
- Providing class leading customer service, supporting customers with onward travel arrangements, explaining repairs and work that has been completed, handing over vehicles after service work and maintaining excellent relationships with your customers.
- Maintaining product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
- Open and active approach to selling incentive.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
HOURS
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm with rota’d Saturday’s (8.00am to 2.00pm) with no Sunday or Bank holiday working. Opportunities to work additional hours for additional earning will be available.
PAY
Basic Pay = £27,000
Bonus based on department performance and Customer Experience
OTE - £37,000
