THE ROLE - This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, market leading letting and estate agent with a reputation for service and customer care.
With over 15 years trading in Stafford and the surrounding areas, we are well established and now seek an experienced, professional, ambitious individual to drive forward our existing sales & lettings business.
Reporting to the Director, we are looking for a sales & lettings negotiator who wants to progress their career.
The job role will be varied and includes the following:
· New and repeat business generation for valuations, instructions and viewings.
· Arranging and attending viewings
· Listing new properties
· Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants.
· Communicating with vendors & landlords with regards to marketing strategy, viewing feeback and offers
-Liaising with referencing companies and dealing with all pre tenancy paperwork.
-Ensuring letting properties are compliant for marketing and prior to a tenant moving in.
· Achieving pre agreed targets.
The successful candidate must have sales & or lettings experience, be polished, confident at point of sale, knowledgeable in the local area and have a clean, full UK driving licence. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and has the will to succeed.

Working Hours are 9 – 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm Saturdays (The candidate will be required to work alternate Saturdays with day off in lieu)
This position is ideally full time, however part time hours would also be considered.
