We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Beauty Therapist, Receptionist, or Apprentice. Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty treatments including skincare, makeup application, and other cosmetic services
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently using the reception system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and reception area
- Offer personalised advice to clients regarding products and treatments
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with stock management and product displays as required
- Support the team with administrative duties when necessary
Skills
- Experience or interest in makeup application and skincare treatments is desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Organised with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Willingness to learn new techniques and develop professional expertise
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working within the beauty industry
