Salary: £30,654 to £32,292
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being £351 to £526 per month.

SOURCE at the Gilpin offers a Michelin-starred, 4 AA Rosette experience rooted in exquisite produce, bold flavours, and precise execution. We’re looking for a Senior Waiter who shares our passion for friendly, exceptional service and storytelling throughout the culinary journey.
Your Role as Senior Waiter:
- Leads the section with confidence, grace, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Delivers seamless, warm and personalised service that enhances the guest journey.
- Collaborates closely with the kitchen, sommeliers, and front-of-house team to create unforgettable moments.
- Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.
- Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care.
- Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.
What You Bring:
- Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.
- Deep understanding of food, wine, and service protocol.
- A calm, charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
