Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and communal spaces, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to uphold a polished appearance.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability.
- Follow health and safety protocols rigorously during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the relevant management team for swift resolution.
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines while remaining flexible to address urgent cleaning needs as they arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness across all areas.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting supplies, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
