As a Machine Operative, you will:
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, pack and inspect products in line with company standards.
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate production records where required.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy and compliant with safety regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
- Play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the company's wider objectives.

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is advantageous, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
