Based in Grangemouth with engineers covering the full Central Scotland area, we are trusted by thousands of customers with over 15 years of experience looking after our customers' homes.
The Role
This is a straight telesales role. You'll be working three live pipelines every day, boiler cover plans, paid repairs, and installation surveys, handling inbound enquiries, working outbound lead lists, and closing. No admin. No supporting someone else's process. You drive it.
The commission structure rewards people who push hard. The more you sell and the higher the plan, the more you earn. Daily bonuses kick in on volume. There is no ceiling.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound cover plan enquiries and close them
- Work outbound lead lists and convert cold and warm leads into plan sign-ups
- Upsell customers to higher-value plans, your commission is higher when they do
- Push for finance sign-ups where appropriate, commission is higher on finance than DD
- Take inbound repair calls and book jobs in, a busy diary is a challenge to solve, not a reason to turn work away
- Chase outstanding repair quotes that haven't converted
- Call installation leads and book survey appointments
- Chase leads that have gone quiet and bring them back
What We're Looking For
- Proven telesales experience, home services, utilities, insurance, or similar strongly preferred
- High call volume background, you know what a busy day on the phones looks like and you thrive on it
- Motivated by commission, you want targets that mean something and earnings that reflect your effort
- Resilient and driven, you don't need to be chased, you chase
- Clear and confident on the phone , you can explain a product simply and handle objections
What You'll Earn
Your commission is tied directly to what you sell and how customers pay. The higher the plan, the more you earn. Finance sign-ups pay significantly more than DD and are the only way to unlock your daily volume bonus.
On top of per-plan commission there are daily volume bonuses, survey booking bonuses, and additional commission on engineer referral conversions - meaning every pipeline you work puts money in your pocket.
Full commission structure is shared at interview stage.
