We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and organisation of our hotel premises. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Organise staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimise productivity.
- Provide training and guidance on cleaning procedures, health and safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Address guest enquiries or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth hotel operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial services is essential.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
