Job Overview:
SEPTEMBER START! We are seeking a dedicated Facilitator to join our team in providing after school club activities in a nurturing school environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to communicate effectively. You will be required to cover a schools in Putney, Kingston & Wandsworth and on some occasions other schools for which you will be given higher rate of pay. The hours are 1 hour after school (3:15-4:15)
Duties:
- Deliver a pre made session plan to children from KS1 to KS2 for STEM & art sessions
- Manage and supervise children during learning sessions
- Create a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being
- Drive initiatives to enhance the educational experience for children
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to lead a class of 20+ children
- A valid driver's license for off-site activities
