Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our multiple award winning bakery team as a Viennoiserie Baker. This role involves preparing and laminating a range of Croissant products, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and mix the dough according to specified recipes and standards
- Assist in preparing other bread products after all lamination is complete.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and other appliances
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lamination
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
