YOU MUST HOLD A VALID FREC3 / SJA OR RED CROSS FIRST AID / NHS COMMUNITY RESPONDER / STUDENT CLINICIAN TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.
This is an annualised hours contract for the 2026/27 home fixtures for Huddersfield Town at the ACCU Stadium. You will be required to attend, as a minimum these fixtures but there is opportunity to also do additional hours at other events.

As a First Responder with Heart Medical, you will play a crucial role in emergency situations, providing immediate assistance and support to those in need. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong communication skills, a caring nature, and a passion to help those in need.
Duties:
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide on-site assistance
- Assess the situation and prioritize actions based on the severity of injuries or conditions
- Administer first aid and perform life-saving techniques as necessary
- Coordinate with other emergency personnel, such as paramedics to ensure a cohesive response
- Communicate effectively with individuals involved in the emergency situation, providing reassurance and guidance
- Document all actions taken and observations made during the response for accurate reporting
Personal Skills:
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively manage emergency situations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Ability to learn and then provide first aid and life-saving techniques
- Physical stamina and strength to handle physically demanding situations
- Access to your own transport and be able to travel to the ACCU Stadium and our HQ in Barnsley for training sessions
- Ideally have a Valid driver's license held for two years with no more than 6 Penalty Points
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid FREC3 / SJA or Red Cross First Aid / NHS Community Responder / Student Clinician
- A valid enhanced DBS on the update service.
