Position: Student Support Advisor
Hours: 30 hours per week over 4 days (Term Time). 08:30 – 16:30, Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 4th day is flexible between Tuesday and Thursday.
Salary: £25,116 FTE (The actual salary will be pro-rata based on part-time and term-time working)
Location: Haverhill

About the Role:
As a Student Support Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting learners by offering impartial and confidential advice on a range of issues, including personal, academic, financial, disabilities, specific learning difficulties, mental health, and wellbeing. Your role will involve providing pastoral support from the point of enrolment and throughout their learning journey, including welfare and attendance.
Desired Education/Qualifications:
- Subject support qualification at Level 2 in Literacy or Numeracy.
