The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and practical individual to join our team as a Trainee Window Fabricator. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn how to assemble and fabricate aluminium windows and doors from start to finish, working alongside experienced team members in a workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the fabrication of aluminium windows and doors
- Learn to read technical drawings and cutting lists
- Operate hand tools, machinery, and power tools safely
- Measure, cut, drill, and assemble aluminium profiles
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Support the team in other workshop tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Keen interest in hands-on work and learning a skilled trade
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic attitude
- Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Basic understanding of measurements and tools (training provided)
- Previous workshop or manual work experience is a bonus, but not essential

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm (40 hours with 30 mins for lunch)
