About Dirty Martini
Since 2018 we've built an agency where talented people come to create the best work of their careers. We’re on a mission to build a forward-thinking, creative agency that puts people at the heart of everything it does. The kind of company you really want to work for, but you rarely find.
No egos.
No politics.
No unnecessary hierarchy.
Just brilliant people working together to produce marketing we're genuinely proud of.
And where they have incredible fun doing so.
Today we work with businesses across the UK, Europe and the USA, delivering branding, websites, SEO, paid advertising, content creation, email marketing, social media and creative campaigns that generate real commercial results.
Everything we do happens in-house.
Every relationship is built on trust.
Every project is delivered with care.
Because that's what premium clients expect.
And it's exactly what we enjoy delivering.

From the beginning, you'll own:
- Campaign implementation
- Paid advertising optimisation
- SEO delivery
- Website content management
- Email marketing campaigns
- Social media publishing
- Campaign reporting
- Continuous learning and development
/
Your Craft
Paid Advertising
You'll help build, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns across a variety of industries.
Working alongside experienced marketers, you'll learn how campaigns are structured, how budgets are managed and how performance is continually improved.
You'll monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimisation and gain hands-on experience with one of the most measurable forms of marketing.
Because great campaigns aren't launched once. They're improved every single day.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO & GEO)
You'll help improve the visibility of our clients' websites by carrying out keyword research, optimising content and supporting technical SEO improvements.
You'll learn how search engines work, how websites are structured and how content influences rankings.
You'll monitor keyword performance, identify opportunities and contribute towards long-term organic growth strategies.
Content & Email Marketing
Marketing is about telling great stories.
You'll support the planning, creation and publishing of content across multiple platforms.
That might include writing website copy, creating blog articles, building email campaigns, scheduling social media posts or uploading new content to client websites.
You'll work closely with our designers, photographers and videographers to ensure every campaign is delivered consistently across every channel.
Websites & Digital Platforms
You'll regularly work inside WordPress and Shopify, uploading content, making updates and ensuring websites remain accurate, engaging and easy to use.
You'll gain valuable experience understanding how websites support wider marketing campaigns and how user experience influences performance.
Reporting & Insights
Every decision we make is backed by data.
You'll help produce campaign reports using platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
You'll learn how to interpret performance, spot trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Over time, you'll become confident explaining not just what happened...but why it happened.
Learning & Development
No one joins Dirty Martini knowing everything. What matters is your willingness to learn.
You'll receive ongoing support, mentoring and exposure to every area of digital marketing.
You'll work alongside experienced marketers who'll help you develop both professionally and personally, giving you opportunities to build new skills, gain certifications and take on increasing responsibility as your confidence grows.
Your development won't stop after your first few months. It'll continue throughout your career.

You'll Probably Be A Great Fit If...
- You have at least one year's experience in a marketing role or have recently completed a relevant qualification with practical experience.
- You're genuinely interested in digital marketing and eager to build a long-term career in the industry.
- You enjoy learning new software, platforms and technologies.
- You're naturally organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

- You're curious, proactive and enjoy solving problems.
- You understand the basics of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads or email marketing (or you're excited to learn).
- You're comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with WordPress, GA4, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or email marketing platforms would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
- Most importantly, you have the right attitude and a genuine desire to become exceptional at what you do.
/
What This Role Isn't
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day making tea or sitting quietly taking notes.
From day one, you'll be contributing to real client projects and learning by doing.
Equally, we're not expecting you to know everything already.
We'll teach you.
Support you.
Challenge you.
Help you develop.
What we can't teach is curiosity, ambition and a desire to produce great work.
That's the part you bring.

Why People Stay
People don't stay at Dirty Martini because of free coffee.
Or because of Friday drinks.
They stay because they get to do meaningful work with people they genuinely enjoy spending time with.
Because their ideas are listened to.
Because they have autonomy.
Because they're trusted.
Because they're encouraged to experiment.
Because they have room to grow.
And because everyone here genuinely wants everyone else to succeed.
We're ambitious.
But we're ambitious together.
