Office Administrator

Monday–Friday | 7:30am – 4:00pm (40 hours per week)
Edens Landscapes is a well-established, family-run business with over 30 years’ experience delivering high-quality landscaping and garden maintenance services.
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and self-driven Administrator to join our small office team.
This is a busy, hands-on position where you’ll be expected to stay on top of multiple tasks, take ownership of your work, and keep things moving without needing to be chased.
If you take pride in being organised, getting things done properly, and being someone a team can rely on, this role will suit you.
The Role
You will be the central support for both our Landscaping and Maintenance teams, helping to keep operations running smoothly.
This role involves managing a constant flow of enquiries, admin tasks, and scheduling, so you must be comfortable working at pace and handling responsibility from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, handling enquiries confidently and efficiently
- Keep on top of daily admin tasks without needing direction
- Prepare and send out estimates and documents accurately and promptly
- Manage customer communication and follow things through to completion
- Keep company systems and records up to date and well organised
- Maintain spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Office
- Support the wider team and step in wherever needed to keep things running
- Take ownership of a company director’s schedule, proactively managing their diary, planning, and making sure nothing is missed or overlooked
About You
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Have previous experience in a busy, varied admin role
- Be hardworking, dependable, and able to manage your own workload
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Be confident using Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Have a clear, professional, and friendly phone manner
- Be someone who takes responsibility and sees tasks through
- Be flexible and willing to support the team wherever required
The Logistics

7:30am – 4:00pm (40 hours per week)
30min Unpaid Break
28 Days Annual Leave (Including Bank Holidays & Christmas Break)
Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
