Responsibilities and Duties
Form therapeutic caring relationships with the people who use our service and support them to regain independence.
Develop effective working relationships with the other employees within the home.
Support an open, positive and inclusive working culture.
Participate in the evaluation of the home against agreed organisational goals, business and quality objectives.
Minimise legal risks
Assist in the formulation and implementation of care policies and procedures.
Complete and maintain clinical records, ensuring that the information recorded is of a high standard.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the standards required by legislation related to the registration of the home.
Work in a cost effective manner.
Be involved in the implementation and maintenance of the homes quality assurance programme.
Systematically solve day to day problematical issues which arise.
Undertake cleaning and domestic duties as appropriate in order to ensure effective and efficient housekeeping and ADL instruction.
This is not an extensive list of duties and you will required to be flexible in your role.
