Job Overview
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A minimum Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification (Level 3 preferred).
- At least 2 years’ hands-on experience working in a busy beauty salon or clinic.
- Confidence in delivering a wide range of beauty treatments to a high standard, including facials, waxing, tinting, manicures and pedicures.
- Laser Hair Removal qualifications and experience would be a significant advantage, although training may be considered for the right candidate.
- Excellent customer service skills with a warm, professional approach.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and delivering outstanding client care.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
Duties
- Provide professional beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, and skincare advice tailored to each client’s needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, listening attentively to their preferences, and offering expert recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organised treatment area adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to enhance service quality
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role with a strong portfolio of makeup application skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and hygiene standards essential for delivering high-quality services
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy or related field
