Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, analysing data to identify areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Duties
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Analyse quality data and reports to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, materials, and processes.
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality activities, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Support training initiatives related to quality standards and best practices across teams.
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners to ensure compliance with quality specifications and test equipment.
Experience
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or coordination role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 17025 or similar frameworks is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
