Nightshift Support Worker – Glenrothes

We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Nightshift Support Workers to join our team supporting a young man in the Glenrothes area.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life by providing person-centred support within his own home.
The Role
You will provide high-quality care and support, enabling the individual to remain safe, comfortable, and independent throughout the night. Duties include:
Supporting with ventilator care (full specialist training provided before working independently)
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Administering and supporting with medication
Moving and handling using appropriate equipment
Monitoring health and wellbeing throughout the night
Encouraging social interaction and meaningful engagement where appropriate
Promoting independence and supporting activities tailored to the individual's interests
Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns
A caring, compassionate and professional approach
Excellent communication skills
Reliability and flexibility
A commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
Full paid training, including specialist ventilator training
