- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and care strategies.
- Proficient in medication administration, including understanding dosages, side effects, and interactions.
- Exceptional patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
