The Opportunity
As a Customer Services Advisor your job purpose will be to provide excellent customer service to our customers and liaise with any suppliers in a professional manner. As part of this you will be responsible for processing customer requests and any customer complaints.

- What exactly will you do?
- Prioritise and process customer requests submitted by telephone or email.
- Investigate and resolve any customer complaints quickly and patiently.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.
- Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
- Learn how to use various database systems and technology to deliver great customer care.
- Liaise with energy suppliers on behalf of our customers to ensure they receive the best possible service.
- Work as part of the NGP team to support colleagues, identify further business opportunities and drive positive company sales results.
- Communicate with customers as their contract start dates approach to ensure a smooth transition to meet their specific energy needs.
- Ensure we can keep our customers engaged, customer retention.
- Ensure they comply with all company operating policies and procedures.
Any other duties that are deemed appropriate from time to time.
