Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Sales Assistant to join our team at Paving Traders. You will be working in our showroom, helping customers choose from our range of stone and porcelain paving products.
This is a customer facing role suited to someone who enjoys dealing with people, is confident in sales, and is motivated to meet targets.
Working hours are Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am till 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting paving products and provide clear, practical advice
- Handle sales and customer enquiries confidently
- Use strong communication and negotiation skills to convert enquiries into sales
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Keep the showroom clean, organised, and well presented
- Support smooth day-to-day operations with the team

- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing sales
