Barista Supervisor Wanted - Off The Press, Ancoats

Off The Press is a small, independent cafe in the heart of Ancoats, and we're looking for an experienced barista supervisor to join our team four days a week, mainly covering weekends.
We're a friendly bunch who take our coffee seriously but never take ourselves too seriously. If you love making great coffee, looking after regulars, and leading a happy team through a busy weekend service, we'd love to hear from you.
The role
- 4 days per week, mainly weekends
- Pulling consistently great espresso and dialling in throughout the day
- Running the floor on your shifts - leading the team, setting the pace, keeping standards high
- Opening and closing and keeping on top of stock and prep etc
- Looking after customers and keeping the bar running smoothly through the weekend rushes
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of barista experience - essential, as we need someone who can step straight onto the bar
- Supervisor or team leader experience in a cafe, coffee shop, or similar
- Confident running a shift and supporting the team around you
- A real love of coffee and great customer service
- Reliable, warm, and calm under pressure
- Genuine weekend availability
- The right to work in the UK
