Job Summary
Viza Fire Engineering Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Fire Protection Manager to lead fire protection projects, engineering operations, and compliance programmes across commercial and industrial sites. You will oversee technical teams, ensure full regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality fire safety solutions that protect people, property, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive fire protection strategies for diverse construction projects.
- Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of fire safety systems in accordance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and safety protocols.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to optimise team effectiveness.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor system performance, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Develop detailed system design plans, specifications, and technical documentation for fire protection solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and legislative changes within the fire safety sector to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project progress and technical insights effectively.
Requirements
- Significant experience in fire protection engineering, fire safety, or building services management.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and complex fire protection projects.
- Strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations, British Standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies or fire safety certifications is highly desirable.

Pay: £66,500.00-£75,000.00 per year
