Live Sales Host & Warehouse Assistant

On The Rail is a fast-growing women’s clothing business specialising in live selling on platforms such as TikTok LIVE and Whatnot.
We’re looking for a bubbly, confident and hardworking person to join our team. This is a varied role, combining live selling, customer interaction and warehouse duties, so we’re looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in and be involved in all areas of the business.
What you’ll be doing
Your role will include:
Hosting TikTok LIVE and other live shopping shows, confidently selling women’s clothing on camera
Presenting clothing, talking to customers and keeping viewers engaged throughout the live
Answering questions and providing great customer service
Preparing stock and the workspace ready for live shows
Picking and packing customer orders
Unloading and organising incoming clothing deliveries
Moving and organising stock around the warehouse
Keeping the warehouse, packing area and workspace clean, organised and presentable
Helping with stock counts and general stock organisation
Assisting with other day-to-day tasks as the business grows
The role is very hands-on. There will be times you’re in front of the camera selling, and other times you’ll be packing orders, moving stock or getting stuck into warehouse jobs.
What we’re looking for
Must be 18 or over (This is due to social media restrictions)
Reliable and dependable
Punctual and able to arrive ready to work at the agreed start time
Flexible with working hours, including daytime, evening and weekend shifts
Weekend availability is essential, although you will not be expected to work every weekend
Confident and comfortable being on camera
A naturally bubbly, friendly and outgoing personality
Comfortable speaking to customers and selling women’s clothing
Hardworking and willing to get stuck into physical/warehouse tasks
Organised, with good attention to detail
Able to work as part of a small team
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Experience
Previous experience in live selling, TikTok LIVE, Whatnot, retail, sales or customer service would be a bonus, but it isn’t essential.
We’re much more interested in finding someone with the right personality, work ethic and attitude. Full training will be provided.
The hours
We understand that the right candidate may have other commitments, so we’re happy to discuss and organise hours around the right person wherever possible.
Our live schedule includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts, so flexibility is important, but we’re willing to work with you to create a regular patter of hours that suits both you and the business.
We‘re looking for someone who can commit to their agreed shifts, whilst understanding that our schedule can vary as the business grows.
Weekend work will not be expected every weekend, but it is an essential part of our business so please only apply if you are willing to work weekends. You will not be asked to work both Saturday and Sunday in one weekend.

One day you could be hosting a busy TikTok LIVE, the next you could be unloading a delivery, packing orders and reorganising the warehouse — and we’re looking for someone who is happy with that.
