The role of Operations Manager sits within the remit of the Directorate of Student Registry Services and within the Student Lifecyle Operations Team. The post holder will manage and lead a team which is responsible for the day-to-day organisation and support for student and course administration through the student lifecycle, from registration and graduation. The Operations Manager will ensure that Student Lifecycle Operations teams provide high-quality support to students, academic staff and professional services staff to ensure the delivery of excellent student and academic experience’
