Part-time: 25 hours per week / Mon – Fri
Salary scale: £13.65 – £14.26 per hour

We are looking for someone to be responsible for completing routine and emergency maintenance to our properties across a number of different sites.
Amongst other tasks, you will make repairs to equipment and fixtures, maintain the gardens and exterior areas to ensure they are safe and presentable, carry out painting and decoration and touch-ups and undertake some joinery and administer minor electrical repairs.
Your duties will include responding to reports of broken or faulty items and conducting routine and scheduled inspection of buildings.
Driving Licence essential. Use of own vehicle desirable.
