Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Furniture Sprayer/Finisher - Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the finishing process of high-quality furniture pieces by assisting with spray application, surface preparation, and finishing techniques. Responsibilities
- Assist with surface preparation tasks such as sanding, cleaning, and masking to ensure optimal finishing results
- Support the application of paint, stain, lacquer, or other finishes using spray equipment and hand tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the finishing process
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Help with assembly and fabrication tasks as needed to support production workflows
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during spraying and finishing activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
