About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Adviser to join our growing team at Westwave Bathrooms. If you take pride in helping customers, enjoy problem-solving, and love being part of a supportive, friendly workplace — this could be the perfect fit for you.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our retail and trade customers, providing exceptional service and support both over the phone and by email. Your communication skills, smart appearance, and attention to detail will help ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
The role also includes daily showroom assistance — answering the phone and greeting clients in person. You’ll play an active part in maintaining our welcoming, professional atmosphere, so a confident, polished, and friendly approach to every visitor is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Assisting customers with queries, orders, and product or supply issues
- Providing additional showroom support: greeting visitors, answering calls and taking messages for the sales team
- Liaising with suppliers and installers to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
- Processing payments over the phone
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service role (retail or trade background a bonus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Smart, professional appearance with a confident and approachable manner
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel (or willingness to learn)
- Experience in the bathroom or home improvement industry is a plus, but not essential
