Nurture the Borders is a growing Scottish charity supporting parents, babies and families during pregnancy and the early years. We're looking for an exceptional Charity Administrator to become an integral part of our friendly and dedicated team.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our organisation. You'll provide administrative and personal assistant support to the CEO, support our Perinatal & Infant Mental Health Practitioners and wider team, and help ensure our services run smoothly so that families receive the very best support.
You'll often be the first point of contact for families and professionals, making a warm and positive first impression while helping us deliver compassionate, high-quality services across the Scottish Borders.

About the Role
As our Charity Administrator, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for families, professionals, volunteers and visitors.
- Provide high-quality administrative and personal assistant support to the CEO.
- Support our Perinatal & Infant Mental Health Practitioners and wider team with the day-to-day administration of services.
- Coordinate paperwork, resources and administration across all areas of the charity.
- Maintain accurate records using Podio, Google Workspace and other digital systems.
- Help organise meetings, training, groups, events and projects.
- Support our communications by responding to social media enquiries, scheduling content and assisting with simple promotional materials.
- Assist with gathering information for reports and maintaining effective administrative systems.
- Help create a welcoming, organised and professional environment for families, staff and visitors.
- Work proactively to improve systems and support the smooth running of the charity.
