Shift Details ( Between Monday - Sunday)
- Full-time (36 hrs/week)

What Youll Be Doing
This is a shared house where we support 3 ladies with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. The house has a happy, homely atmosphere and everyone enjoys spending time together. The ladies like to eat meals together, watch films and go into town for lunch. They also love to celebrate each others birthdays. The house is ideally located with plenty to do nearby and the ladies really enjoy getting out and about in the local area and going into the city.
We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignityand respect in everyday life:
- Offering emotional and behavioural support
- Creating a safe, empowering environment
- Supporting daily living skills and personal goals
- Promoting hygiene, wellbeing, and independence
- Communicating with families and carers
- Managing medication and budgeting
- Adapting to varied, meaningful daily tasks
