Wrexham Dental Works is looking for a qualified dental nurse to join our welcoming and professional team. We are a well-established practice offering a combination of NHS general dentistry, private dentistry, and specialist orthodontic services, delivering high-quality care to a wide and varied patient base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dental nurse who enjoys working in a dynamic clinical environment and supporting both general and specialist treatments. You will be joining a modern, supportive practice with opportunities to develop your skills across NHS, private, and specialist orthodontic dentistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing chairside support for NHS, private, and specialist orthodontic treatments
- Preparing, maintaining, and closing down dental surgeries
- Adhering to infection control and cross-infection protocols at all times
- Decontamination and sterilisation of dental instruments
- Supporting clinicians to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
- Offering reassurance and support to patients throughout their treatment
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Working closely with the wider dental and reception team
