Unipad is a fast growing student accommodation provider with a number of residential and commercial properties in the city of Lancaster. Our portfolio of properties include traditional houses, studio flats and city centre purpose built flats. We have an immediate requirement for a property maintenance manager on a full or part time basis to join our existing team.
The position involves attending to general property improvement and repair tasks. These include but not limited to : plumbing, joinery, minor electrical, fault finding, decorating and general up keep. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a joiner, plumber or any similar property related trade or is experienced in all DIY related tasks and having worked in a similar role before. candidates must have a clean driving license and ideally have their own vehicle and tools but is not essential.
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
