Operations and Administration Manager (Cleaning and Maintenance Services)

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional cleaning and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Operations Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and exceptional client experience.
- Prioritise health and safety, with extensive knowledge of producing RAMS.
- Schedule work effectively using our CRM.
- Manage recruitment, performance management, staff reviews, training, and development.
- Maintain accurate records and organise charges for additional services.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory and statutory standards/regulations.
- Promote and uphold CCR Maintenance values.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in operational management within commercial, facilities, or cleaning services.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to manage and support staff to achieve service goals.
- Good numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, including MS Office.
- Project Management skills ideally with a CSCS card
Hours:
- 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexitime (core hours: 10am - 3pm).
