- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, including processing payments and giving change
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and address any concerns promptly
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly, adhering to legal age requirements and safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities smoothly
- Basic math proficiency for billing, tipping, and cash handling tasks
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
