At Kintra Vet, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced small animal vet to join our brilliant, supportive team on a part-time basis.

Kintra Vet is a friendly, independent practice offering a thoughtful and compassionate approach to care. Our current vet team includes Jen, Eilidh and Claire, who are not only excellent clinicians but supportive and team-oriented.
We provide a multimodal approach to veterinary care, offering both home visits and in-clinic consultations.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of seven: three vets, one RVN and three supportive administrators/animal care assistants.
What You Can Expect
- Flexible working arrangements
- Guaranteed lunch breaks and plenty of coffee (and biscuit) breaks
- Standard 20-minute in-clinic consults, with extra time for more complex cases
- A relaxed pace that allows for thoughtful, relationship-based care
- Sole charge, with support from a collaborative team
- No out-of-hours
- No weekends
Who We’re Looking For
- A compassionate, forward-thinking vet with at least two years of small animal experience
- A good communicator with a great sense of humour
- Someone who values kindness, reliability and teamwork
- A full UK driving licence is required
- If you’re curious but unsure, you’re welcome to try some locum shifts first
- This role involves regular home visits, so you’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. You should be happy to travel as part of your working day, with all business mileage reimbursed by the practice.
