Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Hours
3pm - 6pm Monday to Friday (15 hour per week)
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including tiolets, and communal areas, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning to management promptly.
- Maintain a tidy work environment by organising cleaning tools and storage areas efficiently.
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions carefully.
- Good organisational skills to manage time effectively across multiple sites.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures.
- Reliable with a professional attitude and excellent punctuality.
